The Year 2014-15 is just starting for Entrepreneurship Development Centre. With more government support, new aspirations and new insights, we are starting the year with a bang. The events schedule will be shared soon, however, things will be bigger, better and more practical. Thanks a lot to the team last year for working selflessly for this noble cause. Need your support this year as well and more members will also join. Just to share, this year 3-5 students from every class will be selected at PG level and 2 students at UG level to be a part of core committee- the organising group for all the events of EDC throughout 2014-15 and also beyond that.
This year, we are taking EDC to next level. It is time for launching Business Ideas. So, two activities are in the pipeline. One is launching business idea within the college. Promoters of idea who are co founders of the organisation (to be formulated and registered as well) will be selected soon from different UG and PG classes. They will be given a business idea to be explored, discussed and finally give it a shape. Any guesses- Yes, right, it will be technology enabled, so MCA students will also be included. But idea has been kept secret and will e disclosed once it is launched commercially.
Second new activity is an Inter College Business Idea Competition to be launched all across Jalandhar.
